RETURNS: Due to the personal nature of PSS products, we do not allow products to be returned because we are unable to restock and resell them. Once personal use items are shipped, it cannot be determined if they are unused and pure upon return.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent, texture, color or design. Scent perception is subjective and differs from person to person. Please include your order number and any relevant details so that we may best assist you.
Once an order is shipped all sales are final.
PSS is not responsible for adverse reactions, as it is possible to become allergic to any ingredient at any time, even if there was no adverse reaction before. If you have sensitivities it is advised to read the ingredient list carefully for each product before deciding to purchase it. You will find that list at the bottom of the product description.
