Shipping policy

PSS uses either UPS or USPS to ship orders. Please give us at least three business days to get your order into the mail. And at least 4 business days during the busy holiday seasons and for special releases.

**Free shipping in the U.S. on all orders over $50 (before sales tax and after discounts).

**YOUR TRACKING NUMBER IS A HELPFUL TOOL: When your shipping label is printed you will receive and automated email stating your tracking number. Please check your spam or promotion email folders if you cannot locate it in your primary emails. That traceable tracking number is an indicator that we did fill and ship your order. You will find that the tracking number is a valuable tool in tracking the progress of your package.

**DELAYED PACKAGES: During the busy holiday seasons your tracking number may indicate that your shipment is not moving through the shipping carrier's system. This happens occasionally because the shipping carrier can get bogged down with packages and other mail during the holidays. Please be patient, we have found that it usually starts moving again in two to three days. You can also contact the local branch of the shipping carrier and provide the tracking number so that they can locate your package. They are equipped with GPS and other means of locating a shipment.

**MISSING PACKAGES: Your tracking information may show that your package has been delivered when it was not. Sometimes a package is entered into the system as delivered when it is still on the shipping carrier's truck at the end of the day. In most cases it delivers in the next day or two. Unfortunately porch piracy is also becoming an all too common issue. And especially during the holiday season. We are not liable for stolen or missing packages.

**DAMAGED PACKAGES: If your order arrives damaged it's very important to get photo documentation of the damage and contact the carrier and PSS immediately. We can only file a claim for you if you have provided proof and documentation of the damage.

We are not responsible for what happens to an order after it leaves our facility.

**Sometimes we need to contact you about your order. Please provide proper contact information. If you do not respond we are not responsible for any issues that arise with your order. We will cancel your order if we do not hear back within a week's time.
